"I’m new to real estate investing, but doing all I can to learn the “ropes.” While conducting research by reading and listening to podcasts I came across “cost segregation.” The concept really appealed to me since at the time I had a property under construction in Florida.
This is where Steve came in, at the time of our meeting he was also investing in the same community. He was able to break down the concept of cost segregation, tax benefits, and how the process can also be used for older homes. Coincidently at the time I was also in the process of rehabbing a property in Texas.
Steve has since conducted a cost segregation analysis on the now rehabbed property. Unlike prior tax seasons I am looking forward to both the 2022, and 2023 filing season for the rehabbed property, and the new construction respectively. The property will be completed in March.
